2MAX Delete your 2MAX TV data
No 2MAX TV account is required. You can still ask us to delete data associated with an app installation or a feedback report.
What can be deleted
We can delete an installation record, its website-supplied playlist settings and provider credentials, and feedback reports or screenshots you submitted. Viewing history, favourites, searches, reminders, and playback progress stay on your television; uninstall 2MAX TV or clear its app data in Android settings to remove those local records.
Send a request
Email [email protected], or open the form below and choose Make a privacy or deletion request. Tell us what you want removed. Include the television name or model and app version if known, or the feedback reference beginning with R-. A reply address is required so we can locate and verify the request.
What happens next
2MAX Technologies will use the information only to identify and process the request. The app will not recreate a deleted installation merely by opening. A new record is created only if you explicitly connect the website again.
This request does not delete information held independently by your playlist provider, Android speech-recognition provider, or other third-party content services. Contact those services directly for their records.
